Businesses are actively seeking skilled workers.
The job market last month showed a shift in the flow of human capital, focusing strongly on the service and consumer sectors, while the scale of recruitment in the industrial and construction sectors temporarily narrowed, according to a report from the Hanoi Employment Service Center.
Businesses are expected to recruit approximately 40,000 positions in September. Based on surveys and information gathered on 11,311 job openings, the demand for manpower is concentrated in sectors such as services and wholesale/retail trade, accounting for a total of 59.9%.
Next is the manufacturing and construction industry group. The remaining positions are occupied by the healthcare and social support, real estate business, accommodation and food services sectors, and so on.
