Regardless of the time of day or weather, the women working at the Ninh Binh Provincial Museum are always ready to set off on missions whenever they receive information about ancient artifacts.

Museum work is inherently a challenging journey, requiring meticulous attention to detail and utmost patience. From excavation and inventory to collection, preservation, display, and promotion of value, each stage involves immense hardship and difficulty.

Ms. Vu Thi Thu, Deputy Director of the Ninh Binh Provincial Museum, shared: “To overcome these difficulties and challenges, the female staff here always maintain an optimistic spirit, a love for their profession, and especially a deep affection and appreciation for each artifact and historical document. For them, each artifact is not just a piece of pottery, a statue, or old documents, but a ‘living entity’ carrying within it a ‘breath,’ a historical story containing the soul of the past.”
