The Ministry of Finance has proposed 10 locations, including: the Oceanographic Museum; the Vietnam Museum of Ethnology ; the Museum of Vietnamese Ethnic Cultures; the National History Museum; the Vietnam Fine Arts Museum; the Independence Palace historical site; the Yersin Museum; the Vietnam Women's Museum; the Vietnam Military History Museum; and the national parks: Bach Ma, Cuc Phuong, Ba Vi, Tam Dao, Yokdon, and Cat Tien.
