We need pioneers.
According to Mr. Pham Quynh, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Vietnam Education Publishing House, people need access to useful information, more convenient work processes, more opportunities to sell their products, and the preservation of community cultural values. Bringing technology closer to these needs creates more opportunities for people to proactively improve their lives.
To achieve this, Mr. Quynh believes that in every aspect, there needs to be pioneers. These are people who recognize a difficulty, proactively learn, try different solutions, and are willing to guide others to do the same.
They could be grassroots officials, teachers, respected individuals, cooperative members, businesspeople, artisans, or young people with digital skills. This "pioneering" is reflected in their way of thinking, their approach, and their persistent commitment to working alongside the community.
