On October 10th, the Gianh Port Border Guard Station, under the Quang Tri Provincial Border Guard Command, announced that fisherman Nguyen Manh Cuong (born in 1986, residing in My Hoa residential area, Bac Gianh ward) - the owner and captain of the fishing vessel QB-93230-TS that sank at Gianh port - has returned home safely and is in stable health.
Several fishing vessels are coordinating the search in the area where the QB-93230-TS ship sank.
