According to Techz magazine, the Changan Qiyuan A06 2027 is a mid-cycle upgrade, focusing on improving features rather than a complete redesign.

One of the new features of the 2027 Qiyuan A06 is its striking red paint, targeting younger customers who appreciate a distinctive style. The car is equipped with a seamless headlight cluster integrating 236 LED light sources, supporting customizable lighting signals and motion effects. This is a different design approach from the traditional styles of the Toyota Camry and Kia K5.

The Qiyuan A06 2027 measures 4,885 mm in length, 1,916 mm in width, and 1,496 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,922 mm, nearly identical to the Toyota Camry and Kia K5. These dimensions create a longer stance while also providing a spacious interior. The rear bumper is styled in a sporty manner, incorporating a diffuser and an upward-facing ducktail-style spoiler. At the rear, the star-shaped taillights utilize 236 LEDs, creating a consistent design with the front end.

Luggage capacity is also noteworthy. The all-electric version has a 108-liter front cargo area that opens with a touch sensor. The rear cargo area is 656 liters, including an 81-liter hidden storage compartment. When the rear seats are folded down, the capacity can increase to 1,770 liters, making the vehicle more versatile when needing to transport bulky items.

Inside the cabin, the 2027 Changan Qiyuan A06 features a driver-centric cockpit design. The digital LCD instrument panel measures 10.17 inches, complemented by a 15.6-inch central display screen. The infotainment system utilizes the MTK8676 chip, manufactured using a 4nm automotive process, with processing power touted as equivalent to the Qualcomm 8295. Compared to the interior layouts of the Toyota Camry and Kia K5, the Chinese model emphasizes the large screen and the integration of smart functions.

The seating is one of the highlights of this sedan. All four seats feature heating, ventilation, and massage functions. The front seats can be folded down to connect with the second row, while the rear seats offer continuously adjustable reclining angles up to 145 degrees. These features are aimed at improving passenger comfort, especially on long journeys.
