MANILA, Philippines — K-pop supergroup BTS is giving Filipino ARMYs one more night to see them live.
The global sensation has added a third day to its highly anticipated “ARIRANG” concerts in Bulacan following overwhelming demand for tickets to the Philippine stop of its ongoing world tour.
Live Nation Philippines made the announcement yesterday, delighting fans who missed out on the first two concert dates, which reportedly sold out in less than an hour.
“One more night, one more chance to experience BTS WORLD TOUR ‘ARIRANG’ IN BULACAN,” Live Nation Philippines said on its official social media pages.
The newly added show is scheduled for March 16, 2027, at the Philippine Sports Stadium in Bulacan, extending the concert run beyond the previously announced March 13 and 14 dates.
Tickets for the new date will first be available through the ARMY Membership Presale on June 19, followed by the general on-sale on June 20.
The first two Bulacan shows had already drawn massive attention from fans, with ARMYs rushing to secure tickets as soon as they became available. The strong demand was expected, given that the upcoming concerts will mark BTS’ first Philippine shows as a complete group in nearly a decade.
The Bulacan concerts are part of “BTS WORLD TOUR ‘ARIRANG,’” the group’s major comeback tour following the completion of the members’ mandatory military service in South Korea. The tour supports their latest album “ARIRANG,” their first full-group project after years of solo releases, individual activities and military enlistments.
The seven-member group — RM, Jin, SUGA, j-hope, Jimin, V and Jung Kook — officially returned to group activities this year, reigniting excitement among fans around the world. Their comeback has also further cemented their status as one of the most successful and influential music acts globally.
“ARIRANG,” BTS’ latest full-length album, made a strong impact upon release, topping the Billboard 200 and giving the group another major milestone on the U.S. albums chart. Its lead single Swim also debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100, proving BTS’ continuous global pull even after their temporary pause as a group.
The album’s title takes inspiration from the Korean folk song Arirang, often regarded as one of Korea’s most meaningful cultural songs.
Their comeback also became one of the biggest pop music events of 2026. BTS launched its return with a major concert event in Seoul, while the “ARIRANG” world tour has been described as one of the biggest concert tours ever mounted by a K-pop act. The tour is expected to cover dozens of cities worldwide, drawing millions of fans across Asia, North America, Europe, Latin America and Australia.
BTS also scored another major international recognition this year after winning Artist of the Year at the 2026 American Music Awards, marking the second time the group took home the top honor from the awards show.
For Filipino ARMYs, however, the upcoming Bulacan concerts carry extra meaning, especially for those who have followed their journey from their earlier Manila shows to their rise as one of the biggest music acts in the world.
BTS last performed in the Philippines on May 6 and 7, 2017, for “2017 BTS Live Trilogy Episode III: The Wings Tour in Manila” at the Mall of Asia Arena. Before that, the group held “BTS Live Trilogy Episode II: The Red Bullet” in Manila in 2014 and “BTS Live On Stage: Epilogue” in Manila in 2016.
Since their last Manila concert, BTS has grown from one of K-pop’s rising acts into a global powerhouse, breaking records on international charts, selling out stadiums, speaking at global events and expanding the reach of Korean music worldwide.
BTS’ “ARIRANG” concerts in Bulacan will be held on March 13, 14 and 16, 2027, at the Philippine Sports Stadium.
