The Kansas City Chiefs are 3-0 to open up the 2026 NFL season, notching victories over the Denver Broncos, Indianapolis Colts and Miami Dolphins.
The Chiefs rank fourth in NFL yards allowed per game (278) and third in points allowed per game (16.7) through the first three games of the year. That being said, there’s still some who’ve criticized the Kansas City defensive line led by Chris Jones and George Karlaftis.
Both Jones and Karlaftis have yet to record a single sack so far this season.
“Just give y’all another week to write about the Chiefs defensive line that suck and why yall pay me and George. It’s okay we’re giving up 10 points a game and are 3-0,” Jones said on Thursday. “We’re going to keep at it. I think a win is more important than a sack. I think sacks will come if we continue to do what we do.”
Jones and the Chiefs will look to further their unbeaten record in a Week 4 matchup against the division-rival Las Vegas Raiders this coming weekend.
